FAQs

309.360.VIEWS service times are for 3 hour minimum.

360 camera machine requires no less than 10ft x 10ft footprint for optimal operation.

Yes, the event organizer will receive an email with a link to all of the content captured from the event to share and download.

309.360.VIEWS will make best efforts to accommodate the client and provide services on the changed date.

If 309.360.VIEWS is not available on the new event date 309.360.VIEWS shall be entitled to keep the initial deposit. In the event of cancellation, client shall immediately notify 309.360.VIEWS of such cancellation in writing via email (309360views@gmail.com) within 7 days. It is up to the discretion of the company to offer a partial refund if event has been paid in full. Deposit is non refundable.
